Sgt.Peppers Stuffed Peppers











SGT.PEPPERS SPICY STUFFED PEPPERS

1. Cook 2 cups of you favorite rice on stove top.

2. Cut tops off of 6 bell peppers colors of your choice the more colors the more festive.

3. Remove all seeds from inside of peppers, and than fry half of a diced red or vidalia onion and scallions if desired, dice tops of peppers in previous step and add to onions, cut peppers in half and arrange in rectangular cooking dish.

4. When hamburger is finished cooking, mix together onions, peppers , scallions and rice

5. Know add 1 can of hunts tomatoe sauce in the can and thouroughly mix everything together and simmer for 5 minutes.

6. With a big spoon stuff all you peppers and add remaining filling in between all unfilled space of glass cooking dish.

7. Preheat oven to 375 degrees cook for 1hrs. and enjoy this is a wonderful treat on a cold winter day.
